CBC, a Specialist Risk Group company, is pleased to announce updates to its leadership structure that will position Earl Adams as the Managing Director of CBC UK Limited with Rob Cottingham transitioning to the role of Deputy Chairman whilst remaining an active Director for CBC UK Limited and Paladin Holdings Limited.
Rob’s impactful eight-year tenure as CEO has been transformational for CBC, and his leadership will continue to guide CBC’s direction in this new capacity supporting Earl on the next stage in CBC’s development. Additional leadership promotions reflect CBC’s dedication to nurturing internal talent and reinforcing key segments of the business. Fred Weld will assume responsibility for the daily operations of CBC Corporate Risks as Corporate Risks Director, supported by Matt Clay as Wholesale Director and Jack Westlake as Retail Director within Corporate Risks, reflecting the robust growth in both retail and wholesale operations.
